WE WANT TO SEE YOUNG PEOPLE THRIVE
Believing that it takes a village to raise a child, 24-7 YouthWork enables healthy relationship between a local school and a local church in the context of the wider community.
24-7YW is a not-for-profit charitable trust, and as such, we rely on generous benefactors for our future growth. We would love it if you could help support the youth in our community!

BEING LOCAL - STAYING COMMITTED

What 24/7 Youth Work is all About
24-7 YouthWork is a trust relationship between a local school and a local church in the context of the local community working together for the good of our rangatahi (youth).
Meet The Team
Heyo! My name is Liam (or Lamb) and I'm the new Youthworker in town. I'm super excited to settle in at New Life School and get to know everybody! My home church is Thrive and I am one of the youth leaders as a part of The Youth Project. I spend most of my time studying toward my counselling degree and doing placement at Hillmorton High School. In my free time my favourite thing to do is hit the gym and pump some weights! Aside from that I enjoy cooking delicious meals (and eating them) and love to play my guitar.

THRIVE
Hey I’m Ella and I am stoked to be a part of the team at Rangiora High! I love working with young people as they are constantly inspiring me with their dreams and passions and I am a big fan of supporting them and their dreams as much as I can. I also lead the youth ministry at St John’s Anglican as well as studying to get my Fine Arts degree with a major in photography.

ANGLICAN LIFE

Community Trust
The Rangiora Youth Community Trust was established in 2006 to provide a partnership between local churches and schools.
Our vision is to support and develop local young people to their full potential, and all we do is undergirded by the 5 pillars of; supporting students and staff, building positive relationships with students and staff, cultivating school spirit, leadership development of students and integration with positive out-of-school activities for students.
We currently have 9 fantastic youth-workers in Rangiora High School and Rangiora New Life School who support staff and students in every way they can.
We’d love for you to partner with us in supporting our local young people so get in touch if that sounds like you!
